Phoebe was brought in because she didn't get along with the new cat that was brought into the household. She needs to be the only cat in a household with no children. When allowed to approach the volunteers in her own way and time, she is very loving. It only took a couple of days for her to let herself be pet. She would be a wonderful kitty for a quiet household who appreciates her beauty.Adoption processProspective adoptive parents must fill out an application provided by KPFL.Application is then reviewed by KPFL adoption committee, and all references are checked.Applicant is then notified of approval or rejection of application.Shelter locationCounty Shop Road in Libby, MT
